I was never picked up by the uber

I orderd an uber can through the app the drivers name is Nelson who works in Bedforview and he drives a corolla. I waited for him for over 30 mins I could see he was getting lost on the app so when I tried to call him he just cut my call.The only reason I was waiting for him is because he was very close to my pick up spot but was getting lost. After I tried to call him again he just abandoned my request I could see him drive away on the app. I ended up missing my flight and having to pay an extra R2000 to get another flight, he was very unprofessional in this regard and it will be a very long time before I ever use an uber cab in my life. To top it off I was charged a cancellation fee when I didn't cancel the trip . The services was really poor, I was charged for a service I never used and he did not respon to any of my calls, uber you suck, never again will I use your service...nxa
