I want to talk to a human not a robot!!!!!!!

The support system which are robots is ****. I am in a process of signing up to become an Uber driver. They have stated that I have duplicate accounts and they have disconnected the other one. The one that I have used to sign up has been disconnected but they let me upload all my documents and I even purchased the bag.All I’m asking is the email that is active but the robot is responding nonsense. I asked to please move the information that I have on the flagged account to the active one. Yho I give up
