I WANT MY REFUNDS

This is the FIFTH time where my money was not refunded to me after a trip being cancelled and then on top of that being charged a cancellation fee. 3 of them I cancelled BECAUSE the driver had asked me to cancel and 1 the driver cancelled and the other, the driver came ALL THE WAY waited for me to get into the car and then refused to drive me because it’s his ‘second day’ as a driver and he doesn’t know where he’s going. Then I got out and he asked me to cancel.
