I want my refund from Uber

Yesterday, 1st of March 2026 I requested an uber but cancelled it because I had requested incorrectly that was R51 to Pretoria West, and I haven’t got that R51 back after 28 hours. Then round about the same time i requested the second time to the correct place there in Pretoria west for- the wait and save- uber which was also R51 but due to the long wait i wanted to cancel the request but uber said to add R2 extra to upgrade for a faster ride so i did which added to R53, but they had already took my R51 already for the ride instead of the taking R2 they took a whole R53 from my account. I haven’t been refunded for both R51 which is R102 in total. I have been patient for 28 hours+ for both refunds and no contact has been made to me thus far.
