I want my phone back

I have wrote a review not so long ago about the service I received and how I lost my phone fro your driver. I never got any help and have accepted that Uber driver stole my phone . The hurtful this is that whoever that stole my phone is USING MY CELLPHONE NUMBERS. He is on WhatsApp chatting and changing profile pictures. He is replying to anyone who WhatsApp him . My Banking apps online services are on those numbers. My recovery sms goes through those numbers. My life Is on those numbers. I can't do a sim swap coz the information I give to mtn to change my numbers becomes false because of him that side using my numbers. But why do you allow theft to happen under your name UBER ? This is not okay. I want my phone
