I WANT MY MONEY. NOW.

I will NEVER use the Uber Eats app to order food again. The most horrific food from McDonald's Diepkloof first of all. The delivery guy - only stated as M on the app was rude and had absolutely no manners or regards for clients. To top it all off, UBER THEN CHARGES MY ACCOUNT TWICE they claim its a pre authorisation which hasn't been returned to my account as yet since Friday 2nd July 2021 at 17h45. Till today. I want my money, Tired of Uber *** service. Deleted the apps off my phone even. Their customer care line is useless. I've been calling non stop since Friday to no assistance whatever.
