I requested a ride for my parents from Shell Ultra City, the driver after many attempts couldn't locate my parents. We concluded that he should cancel the trip because they were on the opposite site of the Shell. Immediately after he cancelled the trip Uber charged me the full trip amount for the trip that did not happen. I then had to get another uber for them, I basically paid twice for one trip.

This was my second and last time using this useless facility, I want my money back. I am so deleting this App. Give me back my money
