i want my money back for a cancellation

<p>firstly my husband requested for uber trip on the 31st of April from Randpark mall to waltervreden park the trip was R42 the driver asked me during the trip how much the estimate was i told him the amount the ****ing driver droped me home and i PAID R42 and he ****ing cancelled the trip and my husband was charged R25 on his next trip. THAT IS ***** IF YOU ASK ME.</p> <p>Secoundly i requested a trip on monday at 6am to weltervreden park clinic the driver cancelled my trip reason being im yet to FIND OUT, yesterday i got another trip from palm court to my place and the driver Njabulo told me i have a very bad rating with uber lol not that i care on top of that i was charged for a cancellation for monday that i was not given any reason as to why the driver cancelled my trip.. IF HE WAS LOST WHY DIDNT HE CALL ME!!? i want my money back because i have tried to get ahold of uber but non of their contacts go through!</p>
