I want my money back

These people have been *****ing me for quite awhile now , yesterday I requested and the ride increased to R176 and I cancelled due to the amount but they haven't sent it back as a reversal to my account immediately as they always do and again I requested a ride for R76 , the driver cancelled mid-ride and I was charged R24 which is okay but they don't want to return the remaining amount, now they keep on telling me stories but I sent proof that my money wasn't returned....
