I want a refund !!!!!

I ordered uber courier for R152, I got one but he wait at we buy cars for a while and told me to wait his getting something first. Because of the rush I requested for a different driver which was successful. But they the he’ll was I charged an extra R47 which I was not aware of at all. I enquired on the app which only gave me R1 back. I can’t seem to chat to anyone!!!!
