I requested this morning, card payment and my driver was Sibusiso Sthembiso. He used a very long route when I told him about it, he was just dismissive. And then when he dropped me off he didn't cancel the ride. I only realised about 10 mins later and when I got into the app I waited a bit, thinking it's the network. I then had to cancel the trip myself and it has already charged me double then the initial amount when I requested. I wrote to support on Uber and they just dismissed my case. Very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend!!
