I paid for walking

I order Uber yesterday 19/09/2018 and was allocated to a driver called Sofa the app stated he is 4 minutes away but it took almost 10 minutes still no driver I had to cancel and order again, on the next order the drivers name was Lethukuthula he just park so far I mean sooooo far from my pick up location I had to go around and look his damn car and finally found it. Meanwhile I have to pay the fee after I have walked ??? Uber should sort their google maps
