I order groceries on Uber eats and there was an item in my cart that was sold out and obviously wasn't delivered, but I was still billed for this item

I order groceries on Uber eats and there was an item in my cart that was sold out and obviously wasn't delivered, but I was still billed for this item. When I contacted them today to find out what's happening they don't me it's 2 days after the order was placed so they can't help me....I waited 2 days because I thought th refund would be done within a day or 2
