i missed my train because of Uber

<p>I requested an Uber @ 9:05 to go from Malboro to the Gautrain station which is a 10 min drive by car , After waiting 10 mins the driver had cancelled on me without informing me and I had to wait another 10 mins for the other Uber who then took wrong turns which resulted in me missing my train at 9:30 and now having to wait till 10 am and only to reach work at 10:30, you guys suppose to be better than metered taxis or more reliable, this is disgusting service </p>
