I lost my phone on a Uber ride and Uber refuses to investigate the matter

I took a trip with from Vredehoek to Green point main on Saturday 12h37(depart) to 12h55(arrival). I had a few bags and a toddler with me. When we jumped out, I realised a few minutes later that my phone was missing. So I call my phone, which rang once and went to voicemail, the second time.

Since I didn't have access to my pc, I couldn't connect immediately to call the Driver by Uber support but when I reached home, I wrote a message to Uber, they called the driver and he said he didn't have my phone.

I went on my samsung online to locate my phone and I could tell it was moving from one place to the next at the speed of a car. I told Uber and they said they can't do anything about it.

Yesterday at 7pm I managed to get hold of the driver through Uber support and he denied having my phone and when I asked him where he stays, He said Blouberg. I told him that my phone was pinning in Blouberg -Dunoon and he told me , he wasn't him.

I asked Uber to compare my phone last locations to the driver and they basically ask me to F...up

Nov 6th Between 7pm to 7h45 Pm, the phone pinned at 201 Hout Bay main road, Then later at 09 Bellvue Ave, Bel Ombre ( Distance 6.2km)

At 09h34 pm, the phone pinned Malibongwe bvld milnerton 7441 Nov 7th

Between 7pm and 8h30pm, the last pin was 69A Yomelela, Dunoon, Cape Town , I spoke to the Driver via Uber call support and he denied he has the phone but when I asked him where he stays, he said Blouberg which is in Dunoon

Between 7h45am to 08h50, the phone was travelling from Boy De Goede Cir, Table View, Cape Town, 7441 to 13 gabriel road , cape town 7800 (Distance 29.5km)

From 13 Gabriel road to 69 A Main road, Cape Town (Distance 600m)

Between 09h 32 am to 09h 36, from 69A Main road, Cape town, 7708 to 74C Main road, Cape Town 7708 (Distance 4.3km)

If Uber is hiring ********* syndicate, it most be called out for.
