I left my phone in an Uber, the driver was extremely unhelpful and im still waiting for my phone back

Everybody that knows me will know I'm a very easy going person. It takes a lot to get me angry but I'm really annoyed at the moment.On Thursday this week (the 8th)i took an uber home from Checkers Sandown. My driver was pleasant, the ride was quick, but being my forgetful self I left my phone in the uber. The driver got back to me within a few hours to let me know I had indeed left my phone in the car. He told me he lives in Brooklyn and would like R150 petrol money which is reasonable. He said he will not drive till the money is eWalleted to him. After discovering only FNB users can eWalleted to other users I informed him of this and he said he's not coming through as he has no petrol which I understand. After suggesting other ways of sending the money, all of which he was not agreeing with, still saying he won't come unless he gets petrol money. He tells me he will be driving to the uber head office at the airport. A little ****ed off I ask what's the difference between driving to the airport (while still not having petrol may I add) and driving to Parklands, where he will be receiving R300 petrol cash, double what he asked, once he gets to me. The guy reads and doesn't respond. I ask for contact details/emails/adress of the uber branch and the people who will be keeping my phone there so I can get hold of them. He tunes I can Google it myself. After scoping the internet for the necessary details to find any info I can, I can't find anything. No adress, no email, no number. I'm seriously ****ed with @uber ********** What is the proper procedure to receive your lost items that have been identified, because nothing seems to be happening at the moment. The driver has blocked my dad and my brothers number now and im extremely annoyed because i dont know where my phone is and cant find any details for the Uber branch at the airport i have to supposedly email in order to get my phone.
