I have always had a great experience with Uber, until this year

I have always had a great experience with Uber, until this year. I have not had any luck with either getting drivers around my area, or if I do get a driver, they cancel on me after some time of waiting. Every time I try book, it takes more than 5 minutes to get a driver, however it's always drivers that are 15 minutes away or more, and then after a while they cancel. If you cannot have an App that works efficiently why have it anyway??? This is soooo annoying and frustrating. I am very close to uninstalling this nonsense and installing UberEats, at least that one works 'Better'.
