I had a horrific experience with Uber recently One of their Drivers picked me up from Pick & Pay Shopping Centre then his car boot was locked after which he proceeded to take my groceries from the trolly to pack it into the back of the Uber vehicle He broke some of my Groceries. And all I asked for from Uber suppirt, is a Uber Voucher to not the value of all Items, but to the Extra Virgin Olive Oil They not only took long to reply, but also denied all liability of the incident Now Uber is a Billion Dollar industry & I have supported Uber in every country that I have visited, so I was appalled by their lack of accountability for one of their employees.
