I had a horrible experience with Uber !!!!!!

I am having a horrible experience with Uber. Their policies are a complete nightmare. They do not care about the customer's emergency. They hire call center people from I don't know where and those people don't really care about helping the client they are like robots.

I left my car keys in the cab, the ****** application is not working properly, there is an option to contact a driver about a lost item but it does not connect the call no matter how many times you try.

When I called the support team they told me that I will have to wait until the driver feels like calling me for me to recover the keys. Even if I told them a million times that I need to urgently use the car keys.
