I got ****** by uber, they debited my money for a trip I cancelled, R205 is a lot of money and the cherry on top....they blocked my emails

I was charged R205 on the 25-04-2021, for a ride I decided to cancel coz the driver was taking long to get to my place, the guy accepted and ended the trip without me in the car, I have been following up on this, they told me about the payment uphold which will not be debited from my account, but I was....I attached the bank statement to show that the money was taken, they keep saying that it didn't.....till today...I haven't received any feedback, when I send an email they respond saying "we didn't receive your email from a closed response"
