I got ****med by an uber driver

I requested an uber van from Mall of Africa to Rosebank to get some material for my company. The drive came and dropped me oof and when I had to pay he said I need to pay R595, I was in a rash to I paid and left. When I get to work, I realized that the driver did not start the trip and my estimation for the trip was R395. I wanted to do another in order to go home but I couldn't hence that trip was still pending so I canceled that trip. Now I paid more than what I was supposed to and my company wants a recipient for that trip which I don't have. I still have that guys name a car registration. This is so frustrating as it can cost me my job if I don't get it resolved
