I feel I was over charged using Uber

I requested Uber to pick me up using the App from King Shaka international airport to Montclair. I waited for a good 30 minutes at the airport before the driver picked me up. When I recahed my destination I was charged R656. I was shocked because I was advised by friends who use Uber that it was not expensive.<br> Monwabisi advised me that my location said I was in Durban CBD, meanwhile it was clear when I selected my pick up point that I was at King Shaka airport.<br> A friend of mine used Uber and was charged way less than what I was charged and she was also travelling from King Shaka to Montclair.<br> I honestly think I was over charged as a result I don't have enough money that will last me for this month as I have spent R656 on Uber.<br> A friend of mine really recommened Uber instead of using the normal cabs because Uber is punctual and provides excellent service, I'm doubting that and this was my first time using Uber and I don't have a good experience as I waited for more that 30 minutes. May I request someone to call me and kindly explain how a person gets charged.
