I DID NOT CANCEL THOSE TRIPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was unfairly charge a cancellation fee for rides and this was not the first time and it's frustrating to pay for something you don't do. I DID NOT CANCEL THOSE TRIPS.

I requested a ride not the 21August and waited for about an hour without getting a driver, I tried several times on the app still no luck but I was charged a cancellation fee for two off those request attempts which I did not cancel. There was no driver who confirmed to be coming and I just ended upclosing the app and using other means of transportation.
