I can’t log on to my Uber account & Uber has failed to assist me

I have an Uber account which I’ve used a few times. The other day I tried login on and I got the message that I couldnt be logged onto my account. Didn’t understand why so I send a query to Uber assist, they then responded to say that I need to include my email address on my profile and that I somehow wasn’t requested to do this when I created the account and it was their fault. I then followed the instructions they’ve provided on the email response to include my email address on my profile. I then received an email stating that they don’t recognize the email address I’m using, which is strange because they were happy to answer my first request from the same email address. This communication went back and forth and I still didn’t receive any assistance. In a nutshell, I still can’t log onto my account. And I wouldn’t care so much if I didn’t have vouchers loaded onto that account.
