I am disgusted with the Uber ****** *****ing money out of my account

Uber are ****** and disgusting so.

On 06 April 2021 as I was relaxing I saw a deduction of R99 going off my account. When I called uber, they claimed that I joined something with promotions for discount. I know what I join and uber wouldn't have been a choice as I do not use them as frequently as Taxify/ Bolt.

I have not requested or joined any discount facility with uber for R99.00 as I do not make use of uber frequently to necessitate that. The time during which it is said that I used uber is ungodly, because I do not do business during that time. All I ask you to do I'd to refund me my money R99.00 as I fo not owe you for anything. The last time I used uber was in December 2020.

This in my view this is ***** and it will be dealt with as such by the SAPS when I report it tomorrow, because I am not a fool that join every nonsense like these to spend my hrad earned money on.
