How do I pay my outstanding bill

I took an uber taxi to pretoria but somehow I was not billed, I went on the website to even try change my payment details but still, it does not deduct the amount, it keeps saying there was an error. <br> <br> Can someone please contact me regarding this? I can not get any rides because of this outstanding bill.
