Horrifying experience with Uber and driver and Uber doesn't care

I had a very scary experience with a driver on the 27th of November 2025. It was 9pm at night and the driver decided to drive around with me. He took the wrong route on purpose. I spent the ride thinking of ways to safely get out of the car. We drove in a very dark area, he was speeding and talking about how he wants to visit his friends in a farm. There are farms close to that route. We got to a traffic light, I saw my opportunity to get out, I tried opening the door but the door was locked. He just simply look at me and didn't say a word while I was tried opening the door. I opened the window, shouted for help and got out through the window. I have been struggling to get the route the driver took from Uber so I can open a case and have the driver explain his intentions and why he took that route. Uber has been refusing to give me the route for months. All they did was refund my money for the trip when I told them about the ride. Told them many time I don't care about the money. I want the route the driver took and they say they can't share it because of their privacy policy which is ridiculous. Chances are that driver is still driving for Uber.
