horrific service

The most disgusting service ,ever. My childrens life was put at risk. I ordered an uber here in Soweto from Chiawelo to Pimville with 2 stops before my drop off. The trip I ordered for my sister to come pick me up and drop us off. It was a 6 seater . At the first stop my sister is off loading things in the car and tells the driver we coming. The driver decides to drive off with my girl child 7 year old ,my nephew 3 years old. and drops them off where he decides and then ends my trip. I asked uber to let me know where are my kids,they only rep**** after 48 hours telling me after the kids were randomly dropped off ,that the trip was priced accordingly after I reported a safety matter. I am never using this service ,it is very risky as the driver we deal with are rude, dangerously and might be predators. disgusted and hurt.
