Horrific service

I’ve had the worst trip request in my life, I’ve been eating for more than 1 hours for a trip which is 7 minutes away. I’m shocked by this appalling service by Uber, this terrible and unacceptable for a brand on this level, I know the brand pushes for excellent service delivery but unfortunately it hires people not on the same level of competency. The car which is giving me problems is a blue Toyota Corolla CD06GS GP. I am very upset
