Horrible Uber review

This is extremely frustrating starting my week with such bad service from Uber. I have not signed up for you membership deal but my account was deducted with a R50 this morning. I then booked a Uber ride to Cape Town International airport and paid the driver in cash, received a discount and paid the R50. Now I receive the below stating my account was deducted with R83?????????? I want the subscription canceled with immediate affect and need for all funds to be returned back into my account.
