Horrible, terrible, worst service provider!

Uncaring, no customer service. They basically let drivers take advantage of you and they do nothing. A driver can just drop you off in a location that wasn’t your destination, you think this company cares? Even if they see on the map that it wasn’t the destination, they do not intervene, yet they hire these people. That won’t stop them from taking the full amount though or deducting additional payments you do not consent to. Never add your card to the platform, otherwise you’ll get surprise charges. In fact, for your own safety, security and comfort, use any other service provider. I promise you, they care more than uber. You can turn a customer from a supporter to a hater just by the lack of respect we get from your agents and consultants.
