Horrible service and disloyal drivers

I am so dissatisfied with Uber. Last week Friday I requested a trip for R26. After the trip I was not sure whether I had used a cash or card payment selection … the driver then claimed that it was cash and the ride costed R46, I gave him a R50 note however he only gave me R2 change and claimed he doesn’t have the other R2. When I get home and checked my app the ride was charged on my banking app. I contacted Uber using their website customer care same night , and twice the following day no body contacted me with regards to this . the following day (Saturday) I requested a ride from the mall to home and due to uber drivers not being allowed inside the mall I decided to walk to the gate to make it easier . As soon as I got to the gate my phone switched off , luckily I had memorized the number plate when the driver arrived he told me that he could not transport me because my phone was off and the pin for the ride was unavailable. I understood and asked him to cancel the ride on his side considering that my phone was off and he was kind enough to do so… I made arrangements and as soon as I got home and charged my phone I realised that a new driver was allocated without my approval, and he had been waiting at the mall for me so in order to cancel the trip I had to pay a fee … which doesn’t make sense … after being a loyal customer for years I have officially delayed this app… the customer care is also so bad…
