Horrible service

So I placed an order with ubereats the delivery guy comes so am honest with him told him am short with R1.60 if he doesn't mind me looking for it . So I give him the R74 because am nerve like that while I search when am back he says he can't give me my order cause it's been 8mins he needs to go back plus with the cash I gave him . The person leaves ( not about to fight with a man I'm a woman) then uber sends me a message saying I own them I message customer care for them only to say they will only clear my arrears yet they already deducted my uber cash plus the money the courier guy took . So I don't get my food plus they took my money without any intention of refunding me . I'm so over ubereats. They have alot of customers hence they don't care
