Horrible service

I am in utter disbelief. I requested an Uber for my husband from Perridgevale intercape to Cape Road. My husband was unfortunately transported by Nireena with license plate KBR407 EC she drives a Marindra. Nireena was so rude to my husband from the moment he stepped into her car. It was clear that she did not want my husband in the uber. Upon the ride, it was discovered that I made a mistake while booking instead of Cape Road I accidently chose Korsten. It was an honest mistake from my side and Nireena dropped my husband off on the middle of traffic mind you it is flooding in Gqeberha everybody knows that. How dare she? What is wrong with her? What makes her think that it is ok to treat another human being like that? What kind of people are ubering? I am in total disbelief and shocked that a normal human being can behave this way. Nireena is NOT NORMAL!!!! I request a refund she doesn't deserve a cent from my husband and I.
