Hit and Run by Uber Driver

Last night i went to Vilakazi Street to buy bread, i parked my car on the side of the road and left my girlfriend and my son in the car. While waiting in the queue to be assisted, i heard a loud noise. A grey Toyota Corolla Bumped my car and ran away. Please assist me in getting this Uber driver to pay for what he has done.
