Hit and run

first week of November I was bumped by uber taxi, what's painful is we had an agreement he will fix my car because he was on the wrong.....tried calling the guy he ignored my calls but when I use the unknown number he picks up I did the quotation for the damages he is refusing to pay the damages.....the owner of the car is Mr Mudau the drivers name the one bumped me is Makhwanya.. car registration is DW 39 HC GP.....am not happy if uber will around bumping to us and get away if it.......this must stop and this guy must fix my car.
