Highly dissatisfied with uber support

Used the service for a 5km trip. Noticed trip showed still active and on the way despite having been dropped of at destination already. Took screen shots and reported immediately. Trip ended hours later and now been charged ×4 the cost of the trip. Support says trip doesn't qualify for fare adjustment. How when report was made immediately and evidence shared.
