Hidden Charges - Uber

Uber is adding extra charges that do not appear on the app. I’ve taken two morning trips over the past two days. Each time, the agreed fare was shown upfront and recorded on the app. However, after the trip, an additional amount was charged that is not reflected anywhere on the app. I only discovered this by checking my bank statement. These extra charges are also missing from the daily email receipt. In my case, the hidden fees were between 30% and 36% of the original fare. Uber are actually *****ing money from people's accounts. Hellopeter requires me to add an Uber email for them to "let them know about" my review. The service is so poor that there isn't one. You contact them except through their App. The APP is a problem as well, and it's designed to frustrate a query, with pre-set questions that block genuine queries.
