Hidden Charges that cost you 2.5 times more

I would like for one of your employees to send me where in your terms and conditions it states that your Uber fee is based on the time you order the uber and not distance as I would like to know why I was charged more than double on 2 different fares. I have been using Uber in the morning and afternoon almost every day and then suddenly I get charged more than double the one afternoon and the next morning and when I phoned customer care I was told that uber charges much more depending on the time I order, I have been ordering the uber at basically the same time every day with more or less 10 min diff between each 1 and I would also like to see where your terms sais the cost depends on the time, I understand that you pay a little more if it is late or on a public holiday or so on but more than double is completely a ******* and in fact basically *****ing.

I don't own a car and Uber used to be my means of transport to and from work, I refuse to ever use your app again and I recommend to everyone using it that they should stop immediately as Uber doesn't declare in their terms that you get charged 2.5 times more if you order it at certain times.

I have read through all the terms and conditions on your website and did not find a single word mentioned regarding the fees of the above.
