Help me reach to the driver , I am travelling and my luggage is in his boot

I hope you are well.

I do not have a complain however i do not have any other platform to reach the driver , I have tried the uber support as well as calling the driver unfortunately did not get them.

The driver drove off while i was trying to get my luggage inside the boot and tried to wave and they did not see me . I have been calling with no answer and i need the luggage am travelling .

Kindly assist with reaching the driver so that i can arrange where the luggage needs to be dropped off .

I was picked from Crescendo Noordwyk Midrand to Olievenhoutbosch , my driver Nonkululeko Sinakhokonke Toyota corolla (White) unfortunately did not take note of the License Plate .

Please help me .
