Harassed by Uber Eats drive in my HOME

I have never met a driver so rude and persists to harass and call me names in my home! this guy, his name is Jamil or Jamal, is literally sitting outside of my complex apartment, no attempt to call or deliver my food. eventually after sending him texts and and many calls, he answers to say he’s waiting for because the address is wrong. who did he say the address wrong to? did he try and contact me to make me aware of this? I have used that same address and no uber driver has ever indicated me that they can’t find my house. when I open my door he doesn’t greet with the most ********** attitude showing me what the address on his phone indicates. I say to him if it’s wrong, why don’t you call. his response is he is not obligated. he proceeds to call me names in my own home!!!! what disrespect is that!!! uber you are definitely letting the standards drop if this is the kind of driver that represents you!!! this was the most disgusting service I have ever gotten!!! you should also be very ashamed actually!!!! And then on top of that, he doesn’t complete the order properly so I can rate that ********** experience! Imagine being a female and being harassed by a man in your home alone!! I should actually press ******** charges against him and Uber!! Sies!
