Harassed by Uber driver (Emmanuel Malvin)

I have always had good experiences with Uber until yesterday I was at Kylami Terrace complex and I requested a ride, which Emmanuel Malvin accepted. I asked my friend to give me a lift to the gate of the complex which he did, when we arrived there, I got out of the car and greeted Emmanuel, he immediately started shouting at me, telling me “YOU DON’T LOOK WHERE YOU’RE GOING! WHATS WRONG WITH YOU!” I was so confused, I then saw there was some spilt paint that I stepped into, I tried apologizing to Emmanuel and he kept shouting at me, complaining that his car is going to be messed, he then said “JUST GET IN! LETS GO!” I responded to him explaining that I do not feel comfortable traveling with him, he then got even more upset and demanded that I cancel the trip which I was more than happy to do. After I cancelled the trip, he didn’t want to leave, he continued to verbally assault me, I then went back to my friend that was waiting in the car and explained what was happening and asked him to take me to a nearby mall as I didn’t feel safe in that vicinity. I completely understand the fact that he didn’t want his mat to be messed with paint, but the problem was how verbally aggressive he was about it. That is no way to treat a customer, I would have been more than happy to take my shoe off, but I could not have possibly driven by myself with a man that made me feel unsafe, not even my own father screams at me the way Emmanuel did. I would never want any woman to be subjected to such disgusting behavior. I am at a point where I will never request Uber ever again if there’s a possibility that Emmanuel shows up, I would like to know how do I block him from receiving my requests, if that’s not possible then I just won’t use Uber, because if this is the type of people Uber employs then I will rather walk.
