Happy Rider

Great service. I experienced an incident where a driver was forcing me to cancel my trip on my side as he couldn't come pick me up anymore (that time he was so close). He refused to cancel from his side even though I informed him I will be charged... The driver ignored my messages and blocked my calls. I obviously cancelled and was charged, I immediately reported this unprofessionalism to Uber Support. The support team responded and immediately escalated the matter AND refunded me. To add on, I also received a discounted promo for my next ride. :-)
