Had a different charge and a false trip!!!

I requested uber-black from Cuddlestone Mall entrance 4 going to Protea Hotel Marriott Roodeport is about 14km. I was charged R229.00 "amount shown when I submitted a request"

Later on I was charged "FNB :-) R631.34 reserved for purchase @ Uber Sa Help.uber.co from cheq a/c..187074 using card..0286. 23May 15:01"

I want a reimbur*****t and Uber support is doing no justice to handle my query as a matter of urgent.
