Grossly Overcharged as well as charged double

<p>On 11th July I used an Uber cab in Central Pretoria. being new to the area and in need of quick transport I decided to use the Uber cab to take me 3 blocks approx 2kms from the Police Clearance office to the nearby central Police Station. The driver waied approx 15 mins while I had my finger prints taken. i then used the same cab to go back to the Police Clearance office and drop off my documents (5mins). Thereafter the cab dropped me off at the Pretoria Gautrain station (max 5 Kms). The driver asked for a R180 fare. I gave him R200 for his good service. I was shocked to see that my bank account was also debited by a total of R1460 for a 100km trip. </p> <p>My return airfare from durban cost me R1114. </p> <p>I contacted FNB and Uber the following day with no resolve to my complaint .</p> <p>Let this serve as a warnung to all you Ubernites.....</p>
