Grossly overchanged ride due to failing GPS...I am disgusted!

I requested an Uber on 13 December 2019 less than three km away. The estimate was R37. The uber drivers GPS couldnt find the right loction. I eventually had to google the venue and navigate. I was charged R110 ftom 4 eldoret drive to riboville hotel in waterfall, because the GPS couldnt pin point the correct location. I paid a R100, because based on my estimate, the ride was supposed to be less than R50. The service rsceived from Uber was appauling...I will never use their services again...ever...its dispicable what happened to me on friday...when I queried this with them today, they maingained that the fare was fair...wow! I am astonished at the greed, even when the rids was unecessarily elongated by their poor navigation!
