Gross unprofessionalism

I am an irritated Uber customer, I requested a ride and a guy by the name of thulani accepted my trip from there he took directions off the map, wrote messages he didn't respond, ended up cancelling the trip. Requested again a driver by the name of elliot accepted my trip to later tell me he is scared of Alex, didn't want to cancel the trip on his side. I also refused and then he decided not to respond to my messages and didn't cancel the trip.

Can this be addressed I am not happy at all with their service.
