Got ****med by the Uber driver

I had requested for a ride and the drive accepted my request while he was still far mind you the payment option was a card payment meaning that as soon as the driver confirms a trip money is immediately deducted from my account...now guess what the driver did not even pitch to my location instead he drove to a total different location infact he didn't pick me up, now when I laid a complain to Uber support system their response was totally not aligning with my query ,this is what I wrote to them : Hi the drive confirmed to have picked me up of which He didn't even reach to destination and the trip had already been deducted from my account , would you please refund me and check the drivers destination of where it ended . .. .thank you 》》》》》》》》and their response was》》》》》we're sorry to hear about the difficulty with the price of this trip,we can confirm that you were charged (the amount),which matches the estimated price range shown to you before you requested the trip. As a result no changes are needed. Thank you for your understanding....... 🥺now how is this response corresponding with my query
