Got charged extra

I once ordered a trip, and used part of my Uber cash and paid the remaining balance with cash. After a couple of days, I requested a trip and was charged the the Uber price plus the balance from my previous trip which I had paid for. I could not get off the user until I paid the money. Uber is taking our money for granted.
