accidentslly left my Versaci sunglasses in an uber and immediately contacted support firt of all they charge me 90 rand to log a call then connected me to the driver telephonically who said he was sleeping he will check when he wakes up the guy never got back to me 2 days later I follow up with uber support and the y have a nerve to say the driver says he does not have my R2000 worth if sun glasses and brush it off to say we apologize as soon as the driver sees them we will be in touch what the actually **** he stole them Uber needs to penalize such drivers such horrific customer service.
